200NL Draw vs. TAG
Villain seems like a decent TAG, capable of floating, blah blah meow chow
No Limit Hold'em Ring Game (6 max) , 5 players Blinds : $1/$2 Stacks: UTG : $206.75 Hero : $197 Button : $207.55 SB : $306.55 BB : $143.79 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $8</font>, Button calls, 2 folds. Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($19, 2 players) <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $14</font>, Button calls. Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($47, 2 players) Hero ??? If I just bet here I feel like I get called a lot and am in a sick spot on the river (bet again? check-call?) I could CR, but a CRAI seems too big for the small pot, and a smaller CR makes me pot stuck. |

Re: 200NL Draw vs. TAG
Either c/r the turn or double barrel. c/c is ick IMO.

Re: 200NL Draw vs. TAG
Bet. I second barrel a decent amount and I'm always amazed by how often people will call the flop but fold the turn.

Re: 200NL Draw vs. TAG
Either put out a decent semibluff with hopes of taking it down or make your own price on chasing your flush draw. I can't see a c/c being good here, if he bets the pot you put yourself in a folding position.

Re: 200NL Draw vs. TAG
If you bet and whiff the river, do you CF?
If he has clubs he probably calls the turn then you're on the river OOP. Is there any value in check-calling the river with ace high? Or firing again? |
