Thoughts on 1 table SNG bubble play

Down to 5 out of 10. $50 buy in it pays top three. I'm chip learder w/4500 in the CO. Blinds are 100/200. next big stack is 3500 in BB. Table has been tightish W/ people raising mostly strong hands. I get Q's in CO and make it 600. BB goes all in. Would he risk his tourney w/ anything other than AA, or KK? Maybe AK. I'll make the money easy if I don't call, but can I get away from this hand? Should I?
