common 6max situation
i think my reputation in the blinds is very very loose, although it is not that loose, it's pretty loose. so here's the sticky situation.
an mp/lp raise from an average/unknown player. i defend in the BB with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. the flop is T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] i check-raise, and the raisor 3 bets. how often do you: a) call and check-call down no matter what b) fold the flop c) call and fold turn unimproved d) call and fold turn if flush comes |

After the check/raise gets 3-bet you are getting 9:1, so you should at least call and see the turn. |

I'm generally going to want to see a showdown here.

Re: common 6max situation
Folding the flop is here is horrible.
Since this is an unknown player, I'm calling down for information + the chance I have the best hand. Once you identify the kind of player this is, if it's someone who will do this with two paint cards with one of the cards being hearts (which if I were him, I would do to you since you're an unknown, I have position, and you could be one of those retarded players who always seem to think everyone is weak tight and will fold to a check raise on the flop even if you have air) I would cap the flop and then lead out on the turn if a non-heart non-paint card fell. |

This hand is simple - you call down.

Re: common 6max situation
What if we get a really bad turn, like the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]?
Also, why are we so dead set on seeing a SD? Is it because the flop contains a FD and villain is likely jamming with a FD + OC? Also, what if our flop c/r just gets calls. We lead a blank turn and get raised. Then fold? |

Re: common 6max situation
Showdown seems like a no brainer to me. Board is ragged.
