You can push sometimes, but probably shouldnt all the time. Id be more worried about 45 than anything else.

best case scenario, he's minraising for a free showdown. he's doing this with a draw essentially never. most often he has TPTK beat here, so if you want to continue call&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;shove.
