Default Can anyone find a call here against a tilting villain?

Villain is loose as poop to begin with but is tilting too. But I just couldn't justify a call here

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 3 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button ($429)
SB ($485.60)
Hero ($612.70)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $31</font>, SB calls $27.

Flop: ($70) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $69</font>, SB calls $69.

Turn: ($208) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Villain insta pushes, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $208

Unless he knows a lot about value, and ya'll have some history I doubt he'd play something like a straight, flush, or a set that way. Overpair or two pair are possible for sure. From a pot equity perspective the Qc backup draw is very nice

Bottom line though tilt is a helluva thing. If you got a read on him as tilting then call and reload if necessary.
