Default 100NL: Boring River Decision

Villain is 33/4.4/1.5 after 45 hands. No other reads.

I know most people around here probably hate not c-betting, but I have no problems with it. Thoughts on the line?

wtf?

well, this was my logic at the time:

what kind of hands is villain not betting flop and turn with but coming on a 4 river with psb??

i can handle not cbetting, but tbh i would fire FOR SURE on this board, and if i check the flop I want to fire the turn.

Calling the river needs a read, so we cant really say whether its good or not. vs diff opponents i'd do different things

betting the turn seems good

do you still bet the turn against a postflop LAG?

tufat is correct, calling here on the river is major spew without a solid read.

Read up on C-betting, it's so important.

a psb into a 4-straight board with this line seems extremely unlikely to be anything other than 44 or a straight, neither of which villain holds a significant % of the time

considering the extreme weakness HERO has shown in this hand along with the suspicious bet amount coming from a LP player, this just screamed bluff to me
