Credit score/card question ( dormant cc accounts)

I have several credit cards that I do not use, all with $0 fees and such with ~1k-2k limits. Some have never had anything on them. Is it worth it to keep these since they do not cost me anything or is it better to close them as far as my credit score goes? I keep one rewards card that I use and pay off every month. I have no use for the other cards except maybe for extreme emrgencies. Or is this rather insignifigant on a crecit score?
