Default Swedish Tax Laws (For Poker)

What is the exact process for a poker player in Sweden? I'm about to go down and get my personnummer soon so this thought popped into my mind.

If all my play is on EU sites, it is tax-free, right? But do I still have to file a return or do anything? What if I play some on non-EU sites? I've heard about having to set up a corporation of some sort which seems ridiculous.

Will not paying taxes somehow affect my ability to get social healthcare (I can't imagine it can)? Also (and unrelated), what is the website for trains from town to town (preferably in English?

Winnings from EU sites are tax-free and you donīt have to report anything.

Taxes on winnings from other sites seem to be a bit of a grey area. The tax rate is 30%, but the question is "of what". Some people say itīs 30% of your net winnings, others say itīs technically 30% of every pot you win (each pot is a "lottery"). And I also think you canīt deduct your investment in the pot/tourny buy-in.

Iīll just play on EU sites until itīs decided in the courts. Better safe than sorry.

Edit - Edited to add that Iīm no tax attorney or anything like that so donīt take what I say as "The Truth". Itīs just what I have read.

EU sites = tax free, and you wont have to file a return. You're always guaranteed free healt care even if you don't pay taxes.

Sweet, so non-EU sites (I'll probably play a little no matter what). What exactly do I have to file?

Edit: Follow up question... how do they know?

If you aren't swedish/norwegian/danish, they don't care. (And they are as dumb as they come (they don't call them "swedes" for nothing.)

Too many years of socialistic policies have bred quite a "dodo". Girls are generally very nice though.
