Default Hand Swap hand, TT with three overs on the 2 suited flop

Here is a hand that I'm reviewing as part of the hand swap:

Swapper had played 22 hands vs. the CO and the SB.

Notes:
The CO with J9s cold called and then capped preflop. He limped with J9s 1st in from mp. Seen him continuation bet 1st to act heads up on the flop turn and river with air (KQo overcards) after a preflop raise. He looks loose and semi-aggressive so far.

The SB cold called with 92s from the CO position and called down to showdown with bottom pair. He looks loose.

I think that's pretty much how I play it.

I'm struggling with the flop.

If I'm ahead of both opponents and one of my opponents has a flush draw then I obviously want to bet. That's an extremely unlikely parlay. And if the CO does have a draw there's some % chance he'll raise the flop with position. So I haven't defined my hand if I face a raise on the flop.

If I'm ahead of other hands and my bet gets my opponents to fold, what have I accomplised? Even loose players will sometimes fold low pp to the preflop 3 better with this flop.

It's more likely than not that I'm behind and I'm the one that's drawing. In this case I want to draw as cheaply as possible.

So what does the flop bet accomplish?

What holdings by these opponents merit a flop bet?

What do you think your betting equity is here?

I think check/calling the flop is an option.
