Default 1981 WSOP

Final hand of 81' Main Event

Was searching YouTube for Poker vids and found this one of Stu winning his Second Mainevent. Never seen this before, look at Stu and see how feminine he looks compared to 1997. True that he probably did more drugs in the 16 years inbetween than most people

Thats funny I never noticed that before. I've seen that so many times and never noticed. Can see ESPN hasn't gotten any better at their graphics

Great video find. I still can't get over the fact that even back in 1981 the WSOP ME was so popular that it was televised and Curt Gowdy provided commentary.

Gawd, I wish Stu was still alive.

If you're referring to 'full house on the flop,' some people (especially back in the day) referred to the whole board as 'the flop.'

I'd love to see Stu Ungar and Doyle Brunson heads up from 1980.

The '81 footage is awesome. I had it bookmarked already.
I like how he goes into tics, kinda, and rubs his nose as the caption for the money he won comes up. Funny sometimes.

He brought so much to the game, and left behind a damning legacy every great poker player should learn from. Class act.

Call down in peace, Stu.
