Default Live HORSE in LV?

I was hoping that the high profile WSOP HORSE tournament would lead to demand for some mid-limit mixed Las Vegas.

Is there any sign that this might happen?

I played 6/12 HORSE at the Venetian when I was out in Las Vegas. It has evidently been running fairly regularly, though the regulars say sometimes they sub in triple draw for Hold'em.

The 20/40 mixed game at the Wynn broke up just as I got there, so I don't know what they were playing.

I think there is a regular 40/80 TD/Omaha/Stud Hi-Lo mix at the Bellagio, too (though I seem to recall somebody saying it was running at 80/160 now.)

I played 4/8 HORSE at the MGM...the lowest limit I've ever seen any mixed game offered.

I heard it is running 80/160 since the start of the WSOP. Also we should point out that its Stud hi/low without an 8 qualifier, old school style.

Wow, missed the boat on that two weeks ago. I would have killed to find a low stakes Omaha 8/b game.

Yeah, we regularly played the 4/8 HORSE at MGM (when they finally got it going) during our time there as guests of Party for the WSOP. There was only one night that it didn't get going because all the tables were already taken (I think it was a weekend night).

We put up interest lists for 6/12 or 8/16 HORSE, but we could only get it going as 4/8.

Best bets are probably the Venetian or MGM Grand.

About a month ago, I played in a 5/10 HORSE that eventually morphed into a 2-7, Badugi, Crazy Pineapple, 5 Card O8b, Razz, and Stud 8b rotation.

6/12 Horse/Mixed Game has been going pretty much every night at Venetian. Although it started out as Horse only, it has become more and more mixed game instead.

Last saturday, they had a 20/40 mixed game as well, but that is a rare occurrance (probably peak weekends only). About a week ago or so they also had a 30/60 Razz/Stud game going, but once again, it is a rather rare occurrance. The 6/12 mixed is a regular game at this point. You can always start a list, and ask them to announce it to get it going, if it isn;t already on any evening/night/late afternoon.

Neither the MGM or Venetian games were running when I stopped in recently.
Perhaps once the HORSE final table is shown on ESPN we'll find more mixed games.

The mixed game at the Ventian was great but not very soft. There were only one or two bad players the rest were pretty solid and playing below thier normal stakes.
