how to resize tables all to a certain monitor

ok, here's a problem i've had for awhile. my laptop has 1900x1200 res. however, when i hook it up to my monitor (which has 1900x1200 also), i'm having problems resizing tables on stars.

i 12 table there, and what i would like is to have all 12 tables on my laptop monitor and leave my samsung free to browse on the internet or copy/paste hands, aim, etc. what happens is 9 tables go to my primary monitor, then all other tables resize on my second one.

for example, if i play 25 tables (which i don't, but this is just an example), 9 go to my first monitor, and 16 go to my second.

this bothers me because i 12 table easily on my laptop with no extra monitor; i'd like to just attach the second one and have all the stars tables resize onto my primary monitor when i click tile tables on pokerstars.

how do i accomplish this?
