Default TAKING A 2+2ER TO VALUETOWN IN HORSE

it's the O/8 round. villain is A_Junglen. I am donking it up as usual.
I decide to make a super-thin value bet on the river for my low half. I was being pessimistic!

How is this even possible? Did he have 359K/23QK or something?

No sir, he probably had A963 or something, as in, a worse low and no King in his hand.

He can't have A369 or he would have gotten 3/4 the pot with same low+straight. Opponent can't have an A2/A3 combo, can't have a 56/69/Q9 combo. It's honestly extremely difficult for the opponent not to have SOMETHING that can beat AK high or A3 low. What can not win either half here? 259K/23QK/26QK/36QK. Not much else. It's actually pretty impressive.

You are right, it's a pretty small range. 235K etc.
