This might be my ugliest check/raise ever
Villain is lastlazygun, a very aggressive player who pops me constantly and I've been popping him, but we haven't seen many pots get past the turn.
He timed down for forever before betting the river. So lay it on me: he never folds KK or AA after betting so big right? I don't get it. Why do you check the turn, and then bet the river big, when a draw hits. I think you should have bet the turn huge and called a shove. As far as the river, you have to be beat by some sort of flush, I doubt it's a bluff.

[/ QUOTE ] Just because he folded that doesn't make it right. Did he show you a better hand than QQ? Even if he did I still think it is wrong since AA/KK/2-pair will almost never over-bet there based on that action and no way any sane person plays a set like that, and even if they tough to fold getting 5.5-1.

he will fold AA/KK. I just dont think he has those that often. looks more like 99 to me. or a flush. or air.

I kinda thought he would also and based on how long he thought before betting I figured he a) didn't have a monster and b)was worried about me hitting that board.
