Default Top set in RR pot (RR from shortstack, how to play other villain?)

Button is 38/14 over 300 hands. A regular in the game but nothing special. Only note is that he likes to flatcall raises (and i assume reraises) with big pairs in position.

Given that I didnt reraise Button preflop, what's my plan on this flop? (BB has JJ+ 95% of the time and will always push his $53)

If Button does indeed have an overpair here, he won't necessarily raise the all-in to isolate (as it's a hefty bet already) and a c/r of that action by me should come off as real scary. However if I bet out any reasonable size, the BB's all-in wont reopen the betting either....Anyone go for a turn C/R???????
