Im suing the pants off some guy, anyone have experience?

Well, Im not suing the pants off him, but I posted awhile back about an accident with an unisured motorist, I gave him 3 months to get me a check, he didnt give me a dime, so on monday he has to plead guilty or not guilty, a no show is an admission of guilt from what I understand. Id be willing to bet he wont show up, and Ill win by defualt. The only thing I cant get a straight answer on, is when I win, how do I get him to pay? I dont have a lawyer, but have consulted with one (who told me to not even bother hiring her, I could do it myself), do I need to get one to collect? Does the court take care of the collection? Anyone?

Ive talked to 3 different lawyers, only one that wasnt out of the phonebook though and they all said I dont need one for small claims, that I can do it most of it myself, I guess Ill call now that Im passed that point.

Nah, from what the lady at the clerks office said, they will sell off his car, and garnish his wages. Its only 2600$, but I really just want to take that money and make sure he knows that Im going to blow the full 2600$ on drugs and strippers, and that maybe next time he shouldnt be such a douche bag.

Yeah, can't get blood from a turnip.

Courts will not collect for you.

As far as needing a lawyer to collect - probably not, but not positive nor do I know how to do it without one.

If you're going to hire somebody make it a collection agency after you get the judgement.

Are you saying the courts will do this? I am shocked if this is true.

Use the money to buy back his car, park it in front of his home, and burn it to the ground.

Keep shouting things like "mess with the bull, get the horns" while you are doing it.

Then bang his wife in the back of a volkswagon.

Ya, see, I have no idea, this is just what the clerk's office lady told me, I cant get a good answre from anyone. Im sure a lawyer will help me out, I thought maybe someone on here had gone through it before.
