relying on poker tracker too much
last night, i was playing a table with this one guy who was 2 buyins deep at both tables. He had been playing well.. on the nitty side, his stats were pretty normal. suddenly i watched him take a bad beat on the one table.. suddenly he was just giving'er on both tables.
i guess what im saying is.. dont rely on stats in everything its hard to evaluate hands, it is important to analyze these hands in a bubble at SSNL but even the nittiest of opponents are not immune to tilt.. remember this at ur tables. dynamics are always changing. im bored |

Re: relying on poker tracker too much
i use stats for a general about the villain's playstyle
it's not the end all/be all of my decision making |

Re: relying on poker tracker too much
i get the most use out of PA HUD in just picking tables. i open 12 tables, look for donks, waitlist, close, repeat.

Re: relying on poker tracker too much
It's mostly useful for adjusting your blind stealing and 3-betting/cold calling ranges IMO.
