Default 3/6 Baby flush draw + bottom pair

Villain is 41/17/3 after about 100 hands this session. He's been trying to make moves OOP on me, especially when it's just a blind battle. I think he's getting frustrated. I've probably viewed as TAG. What is your turn play with the following effective stacks:
600
800
1000

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $3/$6
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $1009.25
Button: $180.65
SB: $799
BB: $xx

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is UTG with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $21</font>, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($45, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">BB bets $45</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($135, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">BB bets $135</font>, Hero

If you push, will he call with just a pair of tens?
If not, do that. (Unless stacks are deeper than 600, in which case you're better off making a raise to $400 or so)

DJ, no he won't call just tens. How do you respond if your raise to $400 gets pushed? With ~$330 behind seems like an easy call, how bout with ~530 behind?

Hmm I think that with 600 starting stacks I would push

With 800 or 1k I think Id just try and spike my flush/2pr/trips

What do you think his 2 street lead means?

He's led into me a few times after I was the PF raiser, but never twice for pot. Does this scream, "let's play for stacks?" or "go away?"
