Default Tuna And Apple Diet

I'm starting the diet today going to aim for 1-week but will go as far as 2-weeks, if i can press on.

I weigh 255 i'm 6'2

I plan to only eat Apples, Tuna, and drink FIJI water every day.

While excersiging for 1 hour every day.

If anyone can give me any advice that has done something similar.

Or if i should add any other foods into this diet that will be ok to do.

Should i start taking vitamins?

background: i drink lots of coke everyday and was eating fast food almost every day.

Not very healthy, I tried tuna last night and realized i think i can handle the diet. Although i'm not a big fan of fish.

Help is appreciated.

So far today i ate 2 apples 1 small can of tuna and 1 liter of water.

This is pretty retarded. Try something that you can actually follow long term.

Only because I can really see that guy having a conflict of emotions over eating anything that he couldn't convince himself was BLT.

I'm not familar with the worries of mercury, should i be worried?

I'm doing this diet for 1-2 weeks to clense my body, get rid of all the sugar from coke etc.

Then i'll probably start doing weight watchers

if you exercise for an hour a day, and stop drinking coke and eating fast food, you'll lose weight anyway.
