UNICEF Trick or Treat Boxes
Are these really rare in the US? Where I grew up, everyone took one out. According to Wiki, Canadians have collected $91M vs. $132M in the US (since inception of the program). That's a really weird ratio.
Maybe proportionally more Canadians go trick-or-treating. |

Re: UNICEF Trick or Treat Boxes
They gave them to us when I was a kid, but I am sorry to say that was a long time ago. The teachers didn't tell us the money went to the Khmer Rouge or what the Khmer Rouge was about. Here people are wary enough of the UN I haven't seen them. I don't know if the kids still get them. Holloween is a rancid celebration of welfare, so you would think UNICEF would do well. Trick or treat, i.e. "Give me a handout or I will destroy your property..." right out of the DNC and UN playbook there.
