Pokertracker question

A two part question.
First, is there a HUD display for pokerstars like there is for partypoker using Ptracker?

Second, how do you rate players. I mean how do you, specifically, rate players, what criterion do you use? I wanna rate all the players in my database, but I'm not sure how to do it.
Actually, I have no idea what I'm doing, so help please.

The HUD is another program. PokerAce is one people use.

The auto-rate rules are not that bad. I think they are geared towards full ring limit though.

On the matter of a HUD for PT, Gametime+ is a good free option. PokerAce is better but you'll have to pay for that or register a new account at Party to get it
