Commerce bank No ATM fees at all

And internationaly it is free too.

If it is legit and they're not just calling the fee something else, this is a great deal.

However, if they're charging service fees and the like for the card, it's probably -EV.

i think its pretty legit. they are known as the most user friendly bank according to wikipedia
