Lack of federal funding shouldnt make much of a difference.

Federal funding would remove that doubt.

Great quote from a family group in this article about Bush's defense of the "preborn." It's the first time I've seen this term used to describe an embryo. Hell, it's the first time I've seen it used in any context.
Let's see what he can do now in defense of the "predead."

Its used in the abortion debate and even pre-natal care instructions.
