[/ QUOTE ] 4th edition ones (last rules link on that page) is a good place to start. They're all pretty similar, but the later versions are better written. That'll give you a basic idea of the gameplay. There's a lot of stuff about how pieces move, but the really important part of the game is the diplomacy part - how good you are at talking to people and convincing them to help you. The basic gist of the game is that seven people play, only one can win, and nobody can win on their own. So the key to victory is convincing people to help you beat them. |
