id call the river donk at that point even though there are few draws and hed probably donk alot of Qs here not just trips, id be tempted to not bet the turn however and evaluate the river leaning towards fold unless he peels every flop bets every river after checked thru turn which im not sure these stats indicate id prefer a real read to play this hand as u did

Getting called on that flop kind of sucks, but it could be a gutshot or a stubborn underpair.

I would call the river like you did.

I'm not sure what I'd do on the turn.
