Bypassing US Player Bans

Can/should it be done with an offshore mail drop and proxy server? It seems that the sites which ban US users look for American IP addresses and ban them.

On the other hand, if you access the sites, they could conceivably seize your bankroll. One problem is that your site account is supposed to reg'd to the the same street address as your money account, which should have the same street address as your bank account.

I know that people pull stunts like this to get gray market satellite TV and Web content. I'm sure, that if more sites start cancelling US accounts, that somebody will try this.
