My worst day ever

Had my worst day ever. -5.5BI in NL and almost 100BB in limit. Aces today are losing money. I'd post beats but there just your garden variety AK vs A4o AI preflop. I also made my TV debut but missed it as my cable is out. All in all a bad day, but I am gonna go workout and comeback and have a nice winning session tongiht.
