Default online 10-20 valueriver?

5-handed online 10-20. I have been the most active at the table, and this villain is gonna call me down light.

At least yet I have seen nothing tricky from him, so bet-calling doesnt seem like an option. First I thought I have to bet, but then had second thoughts. I feel he will check all deuces, and maybe sevens too on river. So how much value river bet really has here, and what would be a perfect amount against a non-tricky-willing-to-call villain?

I (cover table) open 96h ep to 66, folds to bb (3,5k) who calls. Flop (140) 665c. Check, I bet 110 and he calls. Turn 3x (360) chech, I bet 300 and he calls. River (960) 4x for a 66534 board. Now what?

I assume he checked the river to you?
I think this is v close. I would make a 500$ valuebet and fold to a raise.
