Default Withdrawing money from a site

I really hope someone can answer this.I tried to withdraw most of the money from my online poker site, and they said they wouldn't grant me a withdrawal until quote "half of what you've deposited has been played at the site".I've been playing micro limits there for 9 months! I've made a profit of about $100. I've deposited about 1100. Please someone explain what they mean!! Please!

What site?

Were there bonuses that were cashout restricted?

i had some bonus dollars given me as a promotion for depositing, and maybe over time about $20 or so in bonus dollars has been added...but that shouldn't prevent me from taking out any money that wasn't bonus dollars. What do they mean half of my original money "must be played at the site"?? Do they mean i have to lose half of it??What do they mean exactly??

Why would you deposit $1100 to play micro limits?

What site is this?

its a reputable and well known site...I am a cautious person and have been playing online about 9 months. I have made 6 deposits over 9 months...trying to build up my bankroll so i could move up to $1/$2. All together i have deposited about $1100.

Out them and name the site, so I know not to play there. They've got no right to keep money that YOU deposited.

ugh answer his damn question...

It means that if you bet, or call ten cents, then you played ten cents worth. If you raised to $1, you played a dollars worth. So in a .5-.10 game, if you limp in and bet all the way and get called you played .30 cents worth of your deposit. Well that is how it was at Pacific Poker, that's probably where he is playing.

Your answer makes no sense if he's been playing there for 9 months and is +$100.

We don't know the site or if it has a casino attached or how many cashout restricted bonuses he has or even if his numbers are correct. So it's pointless trying to give him an answer, especially since HE COULD JUST EMAIL SUPPORT since they're the ones making the rules.
