This may be a little loose but, I like firing on this turn to get out draws, somthing like 2/3s, folding to any raise. I would be open to hear someone else's idea because mine is meh.

I feel like betting the turn is best to avoid the awkward situation where you check and villain 1/2 pots it. Really makes you feel lost (*cough*)

This board is asking for a bluff if hero checks. Also, a lot of villains, when they have the J, like to heavily underbet to keep the hero calling. So check/calling often wins you a decent amount when you're ahead while not losing you too much when you're behind. Giving free cards isn't fun, but I think it's better than betting. A postflop read would be really helpful too. |
