You call for 3 reasons.
1.You have a good hand that beats his pushing range when the blinds are 200/100. 2.There are still 6 people left at the 200/100 level and you have 10bb. You have to make a move. 3.You're closing the action, and even if you lose, you still have 5bb. Steve
