Attractive?

About 2 years ago a girl I was dating told me this and I was astonished. I never got any affirmation from other guys that this would gross them out, so I'm looking for it now.

I wasn't angry or anything, but I felt sort of insulted since early on in our relationship she had told me over and over how attractive she found me. Then I find out she's attracted to this dude who, while a funny actor, to me looks like a pile of dog crap. I don't think we ever fought about it but I definetly thought about it for a few days after.
