Default nut flush vs. paired board.

First hand vs. villain, and he got up and left afterwards. Looks like he'd been doing pretty good so far though, according to his stack.

I should've just bet the turn, but I got stupid.

pretty easy fold....especially w/o any reads .

I doubt he is trying to steal 8 bucks by risking his whole stack on that board

Never check this turn. I would bet at LEAST $2.75-$3.00, and would prefer a PSB.

As played, fold. But isnt villain making a play like this with holdings OTHER than FH a reasonable amount of the time? I would think a FH would want to extract rather than push someone out of the pot.

j 9 spades is the nut flush. this is because it is the highest straight flush on the board. which is the highest flush. hence, j9sp is the nut flush

dont post OOP in general if ever - wait for bb. raise the turn without a doubt - he saw the flush on the flop and still called. the turn keeps same flush (which villain called against) AND brought additional straight outs which hopefully he had. i guess you have to fold the river as played which is very painful ( i think). GL if u called

not if they think there is a reasonable chance you have the flush.
