Net Promoter Score

Hi guys -

Just a quick question: do you at 2+2 do any Net Promoter Score analysis as part of 2+2 marketing or growth strategy? I'd have to imagine that you have some of the highest scores around, despite the fact that (in theory) it costs people money for them to promote your books to other poker players.

If you have done this analysis, have you compared it to non-2+2 books? What did you find?
