Default $11: Loose guy thinks forever and reraise pushes. I have 99.

This table had been folding to most preflop raises, and I had shown down AK and QQ, and won a couple uncalled. Villain seemed pretty bad, he had made a couple dumb pushes earlier, it seemed like he was a little carried away with the aggression, so I think his range is pretty wide here. Villain took forever to push here, 20 sec or so. Is he slowrolling TT+ at the 11's?
With a loose read on Villain, how should I proceed here?

I think this is a call unless you can put him squarely on an overpair (and you can't):

1. The pot is laying you very favorable odds. You are asked to call off 1145 more into a pot of 2645.
2 If you were only willing to call SBs all in you shouldn't be raising from third position.
3. Even if you call and lose your likely coinflip you still have ~1400 chips at t200 at a party 11. The herd will thin very quickly here regardless.
4. If you call and win you are in a great chip position.

Don't worry about the timing issue. Sure he could be a D-Bag w/AA. Or he could have been takin' a leak.
