A typical lineup up of passive bad 5-10 players.

Think itīs close UTG, but pretty much a raise against whatever lineup from MP.

If I can expect a cold-call or two, and at least one of the blinds to come along, I would probably muck it. You can't push these guys off a pair and they will often call bets with a single overcard to the board, gutshot, whatever. The flop is way too likely to hit at least one of them somehow, and unless we flop our set, it is really hard not to spew.

If I think I can get it 2-3 handed most of the time, then usually I'll open with a raise.

I'm not sure what the dynamics at Party 5/10 are, but if I'm going to have to be playing a lot of flops OOP against passive idiots it's an easy muck.

usually an easy pop, but against a bunch of passive calling stations i could see dropping it here. same reason i don't open raise 22-44 on button if sb and bb call close to 100%.
