problem adding movie to itunes

I'm having trouble adding a movie to iTunes - The movie is a .mp4, when I drag it into iTunes or go to the file>menu>add file, and then select the file, nothing happens. What is the problem?

I've added other .mp4's to iTunes successfully, no idea why I can't do that now.
