Default Travelling/Working Out

Hola. Working out and travelling is hard. For instnace I'm in Vegas now and how the hell am I going to jog out here on the strip? Gyms suck, treadmills suck, plus even though Treasure Island already costs $209 for a night it still costs an extra $20 per day at the gym... Wait, that would be if TI had a operational gym right now. Could use the pool, but oh wait, TI has the worst pool design ever impossible to swim laps. The Mirage sucks too, it's not depper than 4 feet anywhere.

When travelling it's hard to play sports because you're not apart of a leage, and don't know what goes down in a local area. I sometimes do kung fu by myself but it is hard to work up the motivation to do that, also it takes up a lot of space. I'm thinking yoga might be the best thing to learn to work out when travelling. Any thoughts on this?

yoga looks perfect actually. other problems also arise like sleeping on vacation and then needing ot go out with no time to work out.

Yoga is very good, but you really need to have been practicing for a while at home I think first.

Then you can also do stuff like 'Prison' work out in your room etc, push ups with your feet on bed, etc etc etc. But I don't do any of this lately since my room is always full of other people and I think it's pretty douchey to start doing pushups with 4 people in the room, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

doing pushups with 4 people in the room sounds awesome. you're just self conscious (which isn't bad either).
