Too much flop action since you don't have a redraw. Call the flop raise and reassess when BB leads the turn.

I think the flop action is fine, three betting is good since you often have the best hand and if he does have the flush it can save you a bet later.

I call the turn and the river, if he beat you he beat you.

I'm showing this down, barring a 4th club. Hands like Ac8x, or Ac6x will play this way a lot of the time. With a 2.5 AF, it wouldn't shock me to see AcX. He might also have Qx, and think you're playing AcX this way. If he has your drawing dead, so be it. But I think you're ahead of enough of his range to get to showdown.

I don't care whether I have the best hand or not on the flop. I care about how much equity I have and how that equity is going to be affected by the various cards that can come on the big streets.

just call the flop c/r and pop any non-club turn. The turn card changes your equity tremendously. Charge his draw then.

I agree with this - you also probably want to see the turn card before committing four bets on the flop.

All the raising have to be done on the turn. What hand do you think will call that river raise? Anything you can beat?
