Default Bottom Set on a draw heavy board...going for turn C/R?

Obviously this is a standard flop 3-bet, but my opponent is very aggressive so I wanted to go for the turn c/r.

I like it; eff stack sizes are right, game conditions.
If you 3 bet in this pot, hell wake up and let go of his A9/T9.

When you call his raise, he puts you on some draw combo like 87/97/5d6d. So hes even further ahead now with his Top pair or better, and may just call your "big draw" allin.
