WPEX deposit not credited immediately

Hi,
just made my first deposit to WPEX. The cashier told me the deposit went through and I was given 8 WPEX points as well. The funds have been taken from my CC.

My balance is still showing $0 however. Was just wondering if anyone else had to wait for their deposit funds to be credited at WPEX? (Of course I have contacted support, however I have been experiencing difficulty with live chat)
