Default Stars lagging?

Havent played there in a month or so but for some reason I keep timing out today (wired cable connection)

a thread on this a few days ago when a few others, incl me, were complaining about it.

i eamiled support a whole pile of crap like log files or some [censored] like that and the response was that they dunno but its not their side [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Yeah this was happening to me last night as well, it is not on my end because every time the stars network connection thing popped up it would always show 100% connectivity to all the sample sites (yahoo, google, ect.).

This is the email I got back from Jacob:

It would be helpful if you could send us your program log files
(PokerStars.log.0, PokerStarsUpdate.log.0,
PokerStarsCommunicate.log.0) that are located in your PokerStars
folder.

To find the log files, double click on "My Computer", then "local disk
(C". Depending on where the program was saved to, you should see
a "PokerStars" folder either here or in the "Program Files" folder.
Inside the "PokerStars" folder you will find the log files. Please
attach these files to an email and send it to support@pokerstars.com.

Please note it is important that you send us these files as soon as
you can as they are only kept for a period of one day.
