Grunch

There is no way in heck i'd stop betting here unless someone has already shown me aggression both PF and Post-flop..
You should bet, bet, bet and even raise if someone raises you IMO. There is almost no reason to check the turn.. You don't need a free card to improve and you certainly don't want to have an Ace drop on the river without making your opponents have to pay to see it.

bet the turn. the 3rd 3 with a Q on the board is a great card for you. If you lost this hand then you lost way less than I would have if I were playing it

allintime, please answer this question by saying what your thought process so that it can be corrected as required

I can think of a few reasons why people might think it is correct to bet the turn here (each of which is wrong it its own way) but if you want to get better at poker then say what YOU were thinking so YOUR leaks can be rectified.....see, the key getting better at poker is understanding WHY you hit those stoopid buttons. Its all about the WHY.

If OP doesn't answer Ozi I'd like to hear how you reconcile these two statements, or which one is what you're actually thinking.

Nothing is wrong with his statement. He's saying that some people may bet for the wrong reasons.
