Standard answer is "If you don't know, then you don't go pro."

But my answer is "working for the man sucks, drop out, turn pro!"

I'm actually not joking about this.

I do hate my job and am considering going pro. I just dont feel like typing out my story.

Essentially, due to my personal circumstances, I'm on a "2-year plan" after which I'll take all the money from my job and run, and go pro.

I just don't feel like I can wait. AGGGGGHHHHHHH!

i asked the same question in a post a few threads down. i think i'm going to try if things go smoothly for the next 18 months before graduation.

i think my checklist will be:

-$250,000+ in bank/investments (not including an overly conservative bankroll)
-$500/hour+ winrate over very meaningful sample (200k hands+)

but i'm going to be a nit about it. my real feelings are if you have a little money and beat medium stakes games go for it.
