Out of curiousity, what happened with the BAN thread?

i was also wondering... was in ATF, then was at the top of every forum, now doesn't appear to be anywhere

I was wondering how he (or whoever) added the "global announcement" status to it.

Not that I would do it if I knew how, of course.

This information, and the evidence of the omission of the letter "t" in an above post, ("i though i locked it. maybe i deleted it."), indicates to me that the culprit was as pissed as a newt whilst attempting a standard lock manoeuvre.

Hence, this appears to be an acceptable error and I propose that no further action should be taken.
