US is trying to say that the reason he folded was because he didn't have anything and thus OP had the best hand. The other poster is saying the play is a bad play because you're doing it as a pure bluff, and everything you beat always folds, and everything that owns you is instacalling, esp in a 3 bet pot. So they're both basically saying the same thing.
