Default Has anyone tried any of the subscription sites to improve your play?

A couple that I heard about from the Cardplayer Podcast is www.realpokertraining.com and www.pokerxfactor.com

Has anyone tried them and has it helped your game? PokerXfactor.com is JohhnyBax and Sheet's site and they run their tournaments through a replayer with audio commentary. Seems like a great way to learn how a couple of the best online tourney players think while they are in a hand.

I was thinking of joining one and curious which one is better (maybe there are others that are also really good).

P.S.--Sorry if this is the wrong section of the board for this.

I signed up at cardrunners.com. It is pretty good, alot of cash game stuff and I prefer sitngos though. They just record the table in real time and talk while they play, but you have to sit through alot of folding and honestly it is pretty boring. It looks like xfactor you can jump around hands or they do for you, I plan to try them out in a bit.

Cardrunners.com is getting good reviews from everyone that has joined. Probably a good way to go.

Hi,
I'm not sure if i can post here or not as I am the owner of CardRunners so mods pls delete if this is against TOS.

I run CR and we have had a lot of 2+2 members join. I haven't heard very many complaints from any of them so I assume they have liked our service. Check out the site if you'd like, you can see our features as well as contact customer service from there if you have more questions.

I'm a member of both CardRunners and PokerFox.net and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and content of the services they provide. If you play NL cash games you're missing out on a lot if you're not a member of CardRunners. PokerFox is definitely the best value for money (only $50 per year I think).

$70 to try cardrunners for 1 month is steep. I have to think about it.

That is why I wanted some feedback, that's enough to get the next round of NPA Ed Miller's stuff.
