I can't believe you havent googled it and found the answer. Its called 'play poker like the pros'. Its by Phil Helmouth. Otherwise, theres a book by ed miller called small stakes holdem which has got some good stuff.

and hes coming out with holdem for dummies which will be the definitive work on that subject

he also wrote "poker for dummies", which I happen to own. it came in handy when I randomly decided to play a $1.25 HORSE game since it gives you l33t strat for stud/8

yes, I was actually playing poker while reading "Poker for Dummies"
