Default River situation in which I tend to always have trouble.

So I limp looking for a set. Probably shouldn't have at this blind level, but that's a leak that I at least know about, even though I still spew a ton with it...

The question I have about this hand is after I've led the flop and turn, what do I do on the river? I don't think he has a nine because he probably would have raised after the turn, but I don't want to commit many (any) more chips. So I check. He bets close to 2/3 pot. Do I call or fold? Thanks for the help.
