Default Cola is red?

What's the deal with that? Was there an announcement or something? Last thing I recall was I thought he was resigning his post as moderator of some forum or something. And now he's a full-on Red Administrator. What's the deal, yo?

There's an announcement in the Forum Suggestions (buried in some dumb thread).

This is an interesting question from another interpretation of the question. Orange soda cans are orange, lemon lime are green & yellow, grape is purple.......Who the hell chose red for cola, and why?

Coke does have a bit of a red tint to it. Plus, a red can just looks good. Blue isn't bad (Pepsi, RC), but red's definitely better.
